Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes
For reasons that I cannot explain, I am obsessed with the idea of making Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes. Just look at the picture! If that isn't proof of God - what is?
No no no...I was picturing my velvety white chocolate cake with a cube of my scratch made vanilla bean pastry cream tucked in the center before baking, then topping it all with a tall decorative 'piping' of my dark Belgian chocolate glaze.....
That would be really good...I might do that for my Mother's Day Open House!
wow that looks awesome! Baking is my worst enemy. I'm so bad at it, that I get frustrated and have to repeat the process over and over till i get it right because I am convinced i can do it (HA!) and then if i actually get the right end result, all is downhill for my hips. lose:lose situation either way ;) on the other hand, if i had a lovely family like you to munch them all up for me, it might not be half bad.
though I must say, those are some delectable looking treasures. best of luck in your baking!!!
