We are hanging out the windows celebrating with the crowds out on Avenue A and Tompkins Square Park - cheering, howling, clapping, honking their car horns, lighting fireworks, and shouting out our gratitude and pure joy over this historical and blessed day!!!

That must have been so much fun last night. Husband and I would have celebrated with a crowd also but the dog and cats weren't interested :-).

We were in Grant Park in Chicago last night, evi, with about a quarter of a million of our closest friends, hearing the first speech of America's next president. What an amazing night and what a glorious new day, for America and for the world.
So COOL!
What a night. What a moment. What a memory.
